Delivery Information

At Rad and Rose, we want your new pieces to arrive safely and on time. Here's a full rundown of how we handle deliveries so you always know what to expect.


Where We Deliver

We deliver to all addresses across Australia. If you have any queries about whether we can ship to your location, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00pm AEST. Orders placed after this time will be picked up and processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.


Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be on its way via Australia Post with an estimated transit time of 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday. From the date your order is placed, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 7–10 business days in total.


Delivery Cost

We offer free delivery on every order across Australia. There are no minimum spend requirements and no additional fees added at checkout — what you see is what you pay.


Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey at any time through the Australia Post website. For any further tracking queries, visit our Tracking page or contact our support team directly.


Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives in an unexpected condition, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll liaise with Australia Post on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
