Returns & Refunds

At Rad and Rose, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help and will do our best to make things right. Please take a moment to read through our returns policy below.


What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible, items must be brand new, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documents included. Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing their original packaging will not be accepted.

We only process returns on new items. Please ensure your item meets these conditions before submitting a request.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We are unable to accept returns outside of this period, so please get in touch with us promptly if you have any concerns.


Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of sending the item back to us using a trackable postal service of your choice. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.


How to Lodge a Return

Getting started is straightforward. Send us an email at support@radnrose.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and respond with a return authorisation along with clear instructions on where to send your parcel. Once you receive your instructions, securely repack your item in its original packaging and send it back using a trackable postal service.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little extra time for the amount to appear on your statement, as this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Looking for a different size, colour, or style? We'd love to help. Get in touch with our team and we'll take care of the exchange process for you as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Where this applies, it will be clearly noted in the product description before you complete your purchase.
