IN STORE PICKUP
Purchasers may opt to collect purchases from our Kalgoorlie store at 288 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie at no charge. Purchase your product online and simply select ‘store pick-up’ and we will advise if your product is available for immediate collection. This can take an additional 24 hours from purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please note you must wait for a confirmation email before coming into store as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready.
AUSTRALIA
Rad & Rose will post all Australian orders with Australia Posts Express Post at a flat rate fee of $15. We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $150. Express post items come with a tracking number to be used on Australia Posts website so you may track your orders journey from our store to your door step. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE
Due to COVID19, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays in delivery and cannot guarantee next day shipping for Express Post. Priority will be given to Express Post before Parcel Post.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

NEW ZEALAND/INTERNATIONAL
Rad & Rose Boutique ships to Australia and New Zealand ONLY. If you are interested in having an item sent to a country that we do not generally ship to please contact us at sales@radnrose.com.

Once your parcel has left our store, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at sales@radnrose.com with your order number if you experience any delays.
