SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY 

Please take care in choosing your Sale items. All Sale purchases are final. We do not offer exchange, credit or refund for incorrect size, change of mind, or change of personal circumstance.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

Rad & Rose is committed to customer satisfaction and understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing. For full priced items, we are happy to provide you with an exchange (in store) or a credit (to be used online only/ valid for 3 months), should they meet the below requirements:

  • Item/s will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. (For online purchases addressed to an address in Kalgoorlie or surrounding suburbs, store policy will be applied for credits and has to be done within the 7 days).
  • Item/s should be returned new, unused and with all original tags still attached in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. It is essential that you take care to protect the item/s when posting. If item/s are marked by you, we have the right to return them to you and not authorise a credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges: however if a purchase is returned because of an error by us, or a manufacturing fault, we will refund shipping costs in your refund/credit; otherwise the credit will be the purchase price only.

They are then property of Australia Post. Rad & Rose is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be given: where product is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, does not do what it was intended to do OR is significantly different from the sample or description.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your item/s is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away at sales@radnrose.com with a photo showing the defect/fault. If in the rare event your item has a make-up stain on it we are happy to credit you the dry cleaning bill. As the garments are linked to our physical store and this issue may occur. A refund will not be issued.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned on a change of mind basis. Refunds on these items will only be given: where product is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, does not do what it was intended to do OR is significantly different from the sample or description.

Please take care sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels.


We do not offer exchange or credits on sale items or accessories e.g., belts, scarves, jewellery, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. *Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please read the care labels provided on the tags of the item. For items that specify dry clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your item is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return.

BOXED/ PACKAGED GOODS When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.

 

ONLINE SALES (when we offer a % off storewide or particular brand)
No returns on sale items that have been further reduced. Full priced items, normal return policy applies.

 

HOW TO RETURN

You can only obtain a credit (to be used online only/ valid for 3 months) for your online purchase by sending it back to us via the post or an exchange/ credit by bringing it in store after contacting us at sales@radnrose.com . Please note that if you bring the item/s in store you can choose between an exchange, a credit to be used online only or a credit for in store purchases. Unfortunately an in store credit can not be used online and vice versa.

Please contact us at sales@radnrose.com to arrange a return, confirm that your return will be valid and before bringing it in store. Please have your receipt and order number ready to make the process as smooth as possible.
